How do you refurbish your products?

The consoles and OEM accessories we sell get refurbished to the highest standard. We dust and inspect all internal components, repair any issues (including replacing disc drive lasers, analog sticks, capacitors and more as required), perform standard maintenance such as thermal paste replacement and lubrication of moving parts, as well as wash and cosmetically restore shell plastics. Once a unit is reassembled, we do thorough testing to ensure all functions perform as expected.

We also clean, restore, and test all video games. That includes resurfacing CDs and DVDs, restoring contaminated or oxidized cartridge contacts, save battery replacement, sticker removal (where possible), cleaning or replacing cases, and more.

Are you able to do custom modifications?

We offer various custom services by request. That includes upgrading analog sticks on many controllers, installation of custom shells, LEDs, HDMI upgrades, and more. Please contact us if you have a special request.

Do you offer repair/refurbishing services?

If you would like to send in your personal console or controller for some much needed TLC, we offer mail-in services for certain products. Please contact us for details and pricing.

You are out of stock of an item, when will it be back in stock?

We have a deep inventory of products pending refurbishing, so if you are interested in a specific product that is showing as out of stock, send us a message and we will see if we have another one that we can prepare for you.

I am looking for a specific console revision, can you accomodate that?

In most cases we sell all similar console revisions under a single listing (with notable highly sought after exceptions such as 1 chip SNES consoles, backwards compatible PS3 systems, and Xbox 360 systems with rare older dashboards sold separately), but we are more than happy to check what is available in our inventory if you are looking for something specific.
