1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Regular orders get processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Custom requests may require additional processing time.

Most orders arrive within 2-10 business days after they ship. Shipments may take longer to reach their destinations during peak shopping periods and holidays, as well as for deliveries to remote areas. Other unforeseen circumstances (i.e. labour disputes, customs processing, and weather events) may also cause delays.

2. FREE SHIPPING OVER $100

All orders over $100 include free standard shipping within Canada. We use a variety of carriers based on your location (Canada Post, Intelcom, UPS, FedEx, and others). Orders under $100 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.99.

3. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your address is complete and correct (including unit numbers where applicable). Any issues with a buyer's address resulting in non-delivery of a shipment may incur additional charges.

If you notice that there is an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. USA SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer shipping to the United States due to new customs and tariff requirements imposed by US authorities.
