1. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of order delivery. To start a return, please fill out a request at our contact page or email us at contact@abdgames.ca and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a proof of purchase (order number).
A minimum 10% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. If an item is returned damaged or doesn't match the serial number(s) as shipped, it may not be refunded or additional restocking fees may apply based on condition.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs including shipping labels, packaging, shipping insurance, as well as duties or fees for US returns.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFURNDABLE ITEMS
Clearance items are considered "final sale" and are not eligible for a return or refund. Any items sold "as is" or "for parts" are presumed to be defective and not expected to work and are not eligible for a return or refund.
4. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please fill out a request at our contact page email us at contact@abdgames.ca.
6. 90-DAY GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all refurbished items will be free of defects for a period of 90 days. This does not cover accidental damage, water damage, damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, loss, or theft. In the rare case of an issue with your item, please contact us. We will repair, exchange, or provide store credit for the affected item(s). The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to sending the item in for service. ABD Games will cover shipping the item (or an equivalent replacement) back to the buyer.
Items sold "as is" for parts are presumed to be defective and are not expected to work, so they do not come with any guarantee.
